Where do the funds go? 

To keep us ad-free while we get started and growing we need funds for the design, coding, hosting and management of a series of digital platforms. The purchase of recording equipment, hiring of video and audio editors as well as graphic designers and tech support are necessary in order to fully build out this site as intended - to become a hub and resource for Changemakers to Flourish.

Another important aspect of our work is to establish a fund that will allow us to sponsor regular scholarships or pro-bono bursaries so a broader cross-section of people will be able to benefit from our coursework and community programs.

Lastly, we believe in the responsible stewardship of money as a means and a tool of creating the change we wish to see. We want to eventually be able to allocate a larger portion of our revenue toward supporting local and global causes that align with our mandates and touch our hearts. Offering strong, responsible and consistent financial support to individuals and organizations who endeavour to make things better for all of us, is a practical and tangible way to shape our next era. 

Our values and business practices currently align as a social enterprise.
